I had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. Maintenance was extremely poor. it took nearly two months of repeated complaints just to get my dishwasher repaired, which is completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the property is also lacking. Common areas are not properly maintained; in fact, I often had to clean the area in front of my own door because it was consistently dirty and unpleasant. We absolutely love living at Sterling Lakes Apartments. During our move-in process, the staff was so kind and helpful every step of the way. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and always feels welcoming. The ducks and small turtles by the lake are such a joy to see. It’s also in the perfect location, just minutes from Deerfield Towne Center. Maintenance is always quick to assist with any requests. We truly enjoy living here and plan on staying for a long time.
Would recommend to people looking for an apartment
Prospective tenants should be aware of the business model they are supporting by renting here. My experience suggests that the property is not managed for long-term quality, but is instead seen as an asset to be used for cheap construction and to extract loan money to leverage on new properties.
