My family moved into 5669 Sterling Lakes Circle in May. Sterling very conveniently showed us a very nice, clean unit very similar to the one we rented, and so we only saw our actual unit on the day we accepted keys (my mistake, I know). Immediately we noted a musty odor we mistook for pet smells. As we needed time to move our belongings in, Sterling ran an ozone generator for the smell after we requested it. This place sucks. For years the bushes have been overgrown over the address’s and they have done nothing about it. I just spoke with another tenant that has called an ambulance and it was delayed because they couldn’t see the address. I’m also filing a complaint with the fire department as all addresses must be visible.

I had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. Maintenance was extremely poor. it took nearly two months of repeated complaints just to get my dishwasher repaired, which is completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the property is also lacking. Common areas are not properly maintained; in fact, I often had to clean the area in front of my own door because it was consistently dirty and unpleasant.
