Bad Customer Service Beware living at these apartments. You may get in for a great deal, but they will over-charge you upon moving out for every possible expense they can invent. They will charge for resurfacing bathtubs, replacing counters in kitchen, replacing the handle on refrigerator door! The management changes regularly - at least once a year and they communicate through leaving letter on your door. Overpriced and poorly managed I would not recommend living here to anyone. When we signed our lease, we were not given a copy. We were told that the manager had to sign it and then they would give us one. So after 2 months go by, I went to the office to get a copy and I was told that the manager is very busy and hasn't had time to sign a paper for 2 whole months. (Really??)
