Wonderful Community! The Meridian is not just an apartment complex. It's a place to call home. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the past 6 years and I have to say this is the best one yet. In apartments, you never quite feel like you're at home. At the Meridian, I feel that I am safe, lots of land and sidewalks for my dog and I to walk on, plenty of space to park, very clean and sanitary, quiet, and everyone is just so friendly! Not a Safe Place If you are looking for a safe, clean, quality place to live, this is NOT the place for you. Most of the staff do work hard, but the property management is terrible. At a glance, the place is nice. However, you will NOT get what you pay for. Andrew
Just view my pics to see the truth Long story short... I don’t think I have ever seen an actual arrest until I moved here. The first week a woman was yelling and screaming outside of my apartment. Eventually arrested — mind you it was 1ish in the morning. If you live by the basketball court beware of loud music and kids hanging out after hours. Staff is tricky While signing the lease it was great but while closing it was tricky. One of the staff members, I think her name is Lindsey did not let us cancel the notice when we wanted our lease to expire rather than cancel. We were under the impression we signed a 13 month lease but later figured out it was 12 months and we contacted within 2 days and she tricked my wife into believing it's already rented out. When I spoke to another staff a week later she confirmed it wasn't the case and it was signed only about 2 days ... read more
Bad Customer Service Beware living at these apartments. You may get in for a great deal, but they will over-charge you upon moving out for every possible expense they can invent. They will charge for resurfacing bathtubs, replacing counters in kitchen, replacing the handle on refrigerator door! The management changes regularly - at least once a year and they communicate through leaving letter on your door. Overpriced and poorly managed I would not recommend living here to anyone. When we signed our lease, we were not given a copy. We were told that the manager had to sign it and then they would give us one. So after 2 months go by, I went to the office to get a copy and I was told that the manager is very busy and hasn't had time to sign a paper for 2 whole months. (Really??) Sterling Lakes - The Only Thing MIssing Is You. Very distinctive and beautifully apartment homes. The ambiance from your balcony overlooking pond with fountain. Awesome newly completed property in Middletown, Louisville, KY I have lived in this complex for 1 year. The property is great, amenities are awesome and state of the art. We had just moved to Kentucky from Dallas, Texas and it definitely was a positive to know that you are coming home to a comfortable place, and it helped up get acclimated to the change of pace.
