Healthy food with great flavor.
Great food
had some of their prepackaged double wrapped food on Holland America cruise line. This type of pre cooked flash frozen food is generally not great, my experience is that chicken and cheese dishes don't fare well with freezing and defrosting. Beef hold up much better under freezing. I had short ribs, stuffed cabbage, pea soup, matzo ball soup, carrot cake and chocolate chip cookies.
