I have called on 2 separate occasions to make a service appointment. The first time I had to call 3 times and got the voice message for the servce appointment setter. After leaving 2 messages on 2 different days, I had to call a third time and ask them not to send me to the apointment setter's voicemail. I was finally able to schedule a service appointment. About 2 months later, the same thing happened. You can leave many messages and no one will call you back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Todsy is June 3, 3024. I called Sterling Kia Svc Dept appt rep to make appt for oil change and contnued wind noise issue. This issue has been addressed in past however, is still happening. Coming from BR and was trying to get both taken care of in one trip. I was told aug 14 is earliest for oil change so that would be well past 5000 mile interval for oil change. I told rep that I will be contacting manufacturer regarding wind noise.
