EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL property management company. I’ve had an unresolved utility billing dispute since April, including a confirmed broken water meter and unexplained overcharges, and Sterling Karamar has gone weeks without replying to multiple detailed emails, even with photo evidence attached. Avoid renting at 4 or 12 Goldfinch Court. My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The building is poorly maintained, and it's clear that management does not prioritize the well-being or safety of its tenants. The front lobby ceiling has been leaking for years. Instead of repairing the source of the leak, management simply repaints the damaged ceiling over and over again. The problem has never been properly fixed. Couldn’t be worst! Escape immediately!
SCAM!! RUN RUN RUN They force you to make a deposit for last month’s rent along with your application, which gets automatically deposited (on top of a $42 processing fee) if they approve your application WITHOUT you signing a lease with them. Stay as from away from these people as you possibly can. I’d rather live in my car.
