I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sterling Karamar Building, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Although I haven't moved into this building yet, my scheduled viewing time for an apartment unit for today was disappointing. When I arrived, I tried to buzz in to the management, but no one was there or inside the management office. Wasted my time going there. That's my opinion on this one.
Avoid Sterling Karamar completely unless you do not have any other choice. One would think with rents this high that you would be treated with consideration and respect. You will NOT. I realize that it is hard to find rentals these days but if you have any other options, take them!
