Nightmare ring and dismissive employee -NEVER WORK WITH JENNA!! My fiancé and I recently went to this location due to issues with my engagement ring. He bought the ring in June online and proposed towards the end of July. Having the ring for less than 12 hours one of the stones had fallen out. A week later we take it and get the stone replaced easy peasy. They had to ship the ring off the be fixed and we didn’t get it back until three weeks later. Kays was always my go to store. Most of my jewelry is from Kays. Today, I stopped to get some earrings repaired and possible purchase of new ones. The gal came out to tell me the other employee wasn't coming in today, so she couldn't open the store alone. This is the 2nd time this store has been closed for staffing issues. 4 of us were waiting for it to open today. Very frustrated with this poor service!

The Manager is EXTREMELY inconsiderate, unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve had to send my beautiful ring out to have the same thing fixed 4 times in 5 years. 2 of which where 3 months apart, yes there repair lasted 3 months. She said that gold is weak and things happen and that my ring needing repairs 2 times in 3 months is not considered excessive. Probably because she doesn’t have to go without a ring yet again for 2-3 weeks. All she was willing to do after all of this trouble … See more

My husband bought my engagement ring from here now I love my ring and the design but the make is terrible not even 2 months of having my ring a little accent diamond fell out!. They charged him $60 to fix it even though it was not our fault and he has insurance on it. Now yesterday my middle diamond the biggest one on my ring fell out! The quality of this place is terrible!
