I got my engagement ring from her and I needed it to be resized. When I brought it in to be resized, they gave me an estimated date of when it would be done. I was running errands near the mall on the estimated date and I go up to the store and there is a sign that says ‘closed until further notice’. So I start calling customer service because i have no idea how, when, or where I can get my ring from. They never answer their phones to tell you where your ring (that was supposed to be “rushed” a week and a half ago) is or what the status of it is and you’re getting married in a week and a half! 🙂
