I have made the mistake of buying 2 vehicles from Sterling and everytime I go there is an awful experience. This time, after a lady bumped my car, I went in to diagnose a warning light. They said I need an impact sensor and to call them to book an appointment after my body shop fixed up the bumper. I did that and they said to come in at 915 later in the week. We purchased a used vehicle at Sterling Honda. Our salesman was Tom Cieleki and he provided good service. FOB was missing key but resolved by locksmith. Not impressed with low ball offer on trade in from Sam. My SUV was auctioned off and sold in Mississauga for over $9000. Shabbir handled financial aspects and extra options.
