We were able to get the Honda ACCORD of our choice with the help of Sylvia. She advocated for us during our trade in and answered all of our questions. When it came time to pick up our new car she helped us to choose some vehicle settings and answered all of our questions. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and we are very pleased with our new car.
