Bad experience .The first time I went to this dealership, after paying $720 for service, I received my car back two hours later with a large scratch on the underside of the front bumper and many oil stains on the body that couldn't be wiped off with water. Unacceptable Service on a Safety Issue — I had a legitimate safety concern with my Honda and was in the area, so I stopped at this dealership because it was the closest one. When I explained the issue at the service department, the advisor told me they were “short-staffed because it’s Valentine’s Day” and couldn’t help me. Parts staff are rude and little to no people skill
Went to Sterling Honda today to take a look at my 2025 Honda CRV. Rear left wheel sprung a flat suddenly and after popping on the spare, they were able to bring me in for a service appointment within 20 minutes of me calling them. Had my car taken care of within two hours. Kudos to the maintenance staff and the excellent service/customer service as well.
