Fairly quick service for A/C issue. Hoses required replacement (not covered in extended warranty). Compressor shaft was replaced (covered by warranty). However, labour costs of $660 included all work done… Why was warranty labour charges applied ?

Today I brought my car in for service and specifically requested a ride home. I waited in the customer lounge for over an hour, but no one approached me or arranged transportation. Eventually, I had to call my sister to pick me up The most disappointing part of this experience was the lack of communication and customer service.
