This place is a joke. I bought a brand new car here, but when it comes to getting service done it's absolutely horrible. After purchasing the car they beg you to give them a 5 star review, but they deserve everything but. You spend all day calling them trying to speak to someone and no one answers the phone, then when you go there all they do is rip people off. I received a recall letter from Honda back in November and called Sterling Honda to get it fixed. After months of waiting, they finally got around to “fixing” it in April—and now, every time I turn the steering wheel, there’s a loud clicking noise that was never there before. I’ve been driving this car daily for over three years and know it inside out. The noise started immediately after the recall was done, yet they’re trying to convince me it was there before. Sylvia was wonderful to deal with very helpful and helped us out with all our questions. I recommend getting a vehicle from her again. You should have more people working for your company like her will be back at the end of the lease for sure.
