First meeting Scott shows up with no comps. You have to work for your client and come prepared to do your job. It got worse from there. He kept pushing for a closing date instead of addressing my concerns over repairs after the home inspection. Negotiation skills just were not what I expected from an experienced realtor. He even made a comment that the seller was going to play music at the closing! What? How rude and unprofessional. I am sure the seller would not like being talked about like this.
