Deck by Sterling Homes Excellent Excellent means: On time ready to go Worked hard all day Used there heads to overcome obstacles. Professional Clean Did things the correct way. You should use these guys, you won’t be sorry. They had to completely rebuild our deck due to poor construction from our first builder. Sterling Homes is an authorized trex deck installer.
Roof was installed beginning of November ‘24. They left a worker at my house for nearly 3 hours by himself after work was completed. I had to call and have him picked up. They didn’t even realize that he was missing. The workers threw some of my solar lights away and ruined a yard ornament when they arrived much earlier than was expected on installation day. DO NOT USE!!! 3 months to get roof, siding and gutters done. Had to ask for things to be completed. Had to explain how things should be completed. Still finding nails and staples around yard. Incredibly hard to get ahold of, no one will answer office phone. Tore up my neighbors yard with trash trailer and had to ask for it to be fixed several times. End result is not any better than any other reputable company. And, oh by the way, we're done now and you owe us an additional $2000. Call anyone else!!!
Sterling homes replaced my roof and did an amazing job. No regrets, excellent value and I am looking forward to working with them again.
It’s shame that a company would just ignore clients, not call them back, and not return a phone call. You should update you voicemail as it says “will call back within one business day.” I’ve been waiting 3+ weeks. If you can’t/won’t do the job then tell me, don’t just ignore me. I think your receptionist is slacking.
