We had a very good experience purchasing a new home from Sterling Homes in Okotoks . Nicole from sales was very Professional and informative. As well as as accommodating when we were looking to see the house. Vance Was great as well during the walk-throughs and helping us through the deficiency list. All steps were very thorough. The Virtuo move in Concierge service was very handy as well.
