Well he didn't perform any work for me and never will, I doubt he's doing good work...His old and rusty truck is always parked at an EV charging station at Barney pool. Why do that when there are so many parking spaces available around??
Sterling installed an egress window and Rockwell for us. Just finished. The window looks amazing. Took a little longer due to time of year but Rick is great. Always checking and a man of his word. You want quality work go with Sterling.
Four stars for the sunroom. Ricky does good work. One star for customer service and business etiquette in general. We have been waiting for a repair to be done since July. The part had to be ordered. August - "the part will be on the truck next week and we will reach out to schedule the repair." Late September - we follow up on the delivery of the part and repair as we have not heard from Sterling. Service visit gets scheduled for 10/1 - nobody showed up and zero communication as to why or to re-schedule. This is just one of... read more
This company doesn't have a good way to overcome sales person issues. We had Rick out to look at our project July 17th. I was told I'd get an estimate early the next week. I never heard anything. I sent an email to the address on the business card we were left on July 26th and heard no response. I later submitted a form from the main website for requesting a quote and explained the situation.
