Love the space and the community. Great place to live. Mrs. Ginger is very personable and helpful. Very beautiful and nice property. Maintenance guys does great work too.
The property manager, Ginger, was extremely rude from the get-go. I’m shocked that she still has a job working for this company, clearly they do not value potential or current tenants by continuing to staff someone with such an unfriendly attitude.
My family and I have lived here going on 2 years. Ginger has always been very nice and understanding with us and went out of her way to help us! We love the space our townhome has as we are a family of 3, it’s perfect for us.
Going on my third year here and no issues to date. I'd consider myself a low maintenance tenant. :-) Timely maintenance responses, quiet neighborhood, the grounds are kept well, amazing outdoor lighting.
