Do not move here unless you want your rent increased by $200 a year. Also the amount of maintenance that needed to be done was horrific. When I first moved in, My front door had a gap so bugs were getting in. It took three work orders to finally get a new door. I was having respiratory issues so I looked in the HVAC and it was infested with mold. Awful—Sterling Heights has a reputation (all buildings, just look at other reviews) of flooding. Flooded multiple times in one year (rainwater and sewer). It took a week for somebody to arrive and pump out the water. Thousands of dollars of damage because it was sitting in sewage for a week. Now, management refuses to budge on a $2,500 “lease break fee” along with $3,000+ property destroyed.

Moved in 3 months ago and I can truly say everything has been good here. Easy to get assistance from maintenance when needed. Friendly neighbors and the community grounds are kept neat. In a good school district area. Rooms are spacious and updated. My daughter and I love it here.
