We have lived here for about a year in a half and they have been amazing. Pet friendly, play ground right outside our backdoor, ginger in the office has been wonderful and always get back to you right away and is very helpful with everything.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time. The manager made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, respectful, and genuinely cares — which is rare these days. You can tell she treats people the right way, not just as tenants. Really thankful for her help. If every place had someone like her, things would be a lot better.
Normally, I do not write reviews, but these are one of the few exceptions. I am pleasantly surprised and excited about my apartment. I am renting a 2br 1ba, and it is right across from a park, which is perfect for the kiddos. My unit has everything I need, including some blank canvases for me to play with when moving furniture. It's indoors, as opposed to an outside unit. The apartment itself is located right down the street from the elementary school and behind QT. I'm looking forward to my stay here.
Lady in the office VERY RUDE!
Do not move here unless you want your rent increased by $200 a year. Also the amount of maintenance that needed to be done was horrific. When I first moved in, My front door had a gap so bugs were getting in. It took three work orders to finally get a new door. I was having respiratory issues so I looked in the HVAC and it was infested with mold.
