I can't thank this company enough for their quick heating and cooling repair service, especially during the peak of summer.
People seem to assume because it has the word Sterling Heating Air Conditioning in it it means more expensive. That was not the case for me. I got numerous quotes to install a new combo unit on my roof, and they did not only had the best price overall, but they were installing higher quality brands than their competition. It was a no brainer. Plus they handled the rebate paperwork.
After a remodel, my A/C unit failed to cool my home when the temperature rose into the mid 90's. I called Sterling Heating Air Conditioning and a couple of weeks later they were able to schedule a tech. The first tech arrived, new on the job and due to a lack of tools, was dispatched elsewhere. The second tech arrived. He systematically went through the system and eventually removed two additional pounds of coolant from the system. My house now stays at 73 degrees on the 90+ degree days.
