The pros....the grounds and units are generally kept in good condition. Maintenance crew is very good. Units are being updated when unoccupied. Its a quiet, little complex and I feel very at home here. The cons... the rent went up a lot this year, which was unnecessary. I wish there was a building to keep bicycles as well as a pool and exercise center.
Maintenance guys are great and responsive Apartments are a good size for a 1 bed/1bath. A/C in the unit and washer and dryer. Have never had a problem with parking. Close to a gym, aldi's, dominos, burger king, conveience store, family dollar, shoprite, and a few local bars and parks. Also near the major highway Had to get a few things replaced but they handled it immediately. Rent has gone up every month as most places have. Quiet community for the most part. Good place to stay.
The apartment is $1400 for a 1 bed, with ants and other bugs included. Construction did a terrible job, and for the amount of time it takes them to do a small 1 bedroom apartment (over a week), the results are pretty embarrassing. The place looks horrendous and outdated, but they charge premium prices like it’s a luxury apartment. There are paint drips down the wall, the air vents are painted, and even the door hinges are painted. ** 1-21-24 ** Response to the owner Renovations to the hallways and adding LED lighting...you said absolutely NOTHING about touching up the inside of the apartments. Unbelievable. Nothing has changed. Response ended I no longer live at Sterling Glen. Its been a few years since I left. I have never been late paying my rent in four years there. So, I believe they took advantage of that and my rent was increased EVERY year. When I asked the management to not increase my rent they claimed it was because of the "market". They NEV... read more
