Worst place to reside, especially with a family of young children. The residents here DO NOT watch where they are driving, the office people are stuck up and rude, only care about drama. Nothing gets fixed, if you want to live in a run down piece of garbage here you go live here. They treat you like dirt scam you of your money lie to your face.

Beware if you are a person of color. I was a resident approximately 5 years ago. However I was evicted just after I paid my rent for the month. I had 72 HOURS to VACATE my apartment. I did not eat or sleep for those 72 hours because not only did I have to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment, I also had to try and find another place to live. And, I had to purchase moving boxes, rent a van and a storage unit which is extremely expensive. Thankfully I was able to find another apartment. "I resided at Sterling Glen Apartments, ********************, for one year. During my stay, I encountered numerous challenges. Despite seeking assistance, I faced obstacles in reaching the corporate office and obtaining *****************. When my fridge malfunctioned, causing groceries worth $400 to spoil, I provided receipts but received only $187 in compensation. This was the best apartment complex! From the minute I was interested in renting there to the last day of my stay before moving to a different city, the staff were absolutely helpful, caring and honest! Anything that needed to be done in the apartment was always completed very fast...like the day my dishwasher started flooding. Regular visits were made by a pest management company, so I never had any issues with bugs in my apartment. The apartment itself was renovated beautifully. The appliances were up to date. I just moved out of sterling glen a month ago only cause i needed a bigger place and a house but i still tear up thinking of how much i miss my apartment here. Great apartments, the best staff ever, and the only place that has really ever felt like home. ❤️❤️❤️

I have lived in this complex for almost two years never late with my rent but made one mistake by not displaying my parking pass and they towed my vehicle. I am now out 150$ to get vehicle back. This is no way to treat s resident of this cpmplex. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The rest of my lease is now going to be stressful wondering if my vehicle is going to be there in the morning can't wait to move.

We have only lived here a week but so far we love it! The office staff is friendly & helpful! We've had a few maintenance things that needed to be taken care of & they were done quickly! Also maintenance staff is friendly & helpful! The parking lot & walk ways are very well lit which is nice sense I work late nights some. Neighbors are nice & respectful.

I really like the car wash area. Me and my baby momma sits down there washing my 22" rims. The lady manager is really laid back, I thinks her name be Kristi. Moesha and Tyquan loves playing on the tennis court, riding their mini bicks. When my cousin gets out of prison, he gonna move in with us and help us pay the rent.
