We had a small fire in our house that caused over a million dollars in smoke damage. On top of the major inconvenience of having to move out of our house for five months, we needed to find a contractor in an area where a good contractor that is available is extremely difficult to find. Had Sterling Construction come to my rental property in san jose to rebuild my fence and refurbish my cabinets. John is a great dude who is consistent with his communication. A small job but amazing satisfaction. I would recommend for any size job!

Sterling Construction finished everything in a timely manner like they said they would and i am thoroughly impressed. I had them remodel my whole kitchen for a new rental property i bought and as a first time home buyer they made every step of the way easier. They made sure i understood every service they were providing! Very satisfied. I would definitely suggest them, especially if you are a new home buyer, they go the ins and outs to make sure you are well satisfied with their work.
