******UPDATE****** After contacting the Sales Manager and discussing the issue, Sterling Ford offered to replace free of charge both pads and rotors for both front and back wheels. Great buying experience. Brady (sales) was very helpful, and never seemed to be out for anything other than our interests. He made sure we found what we wanted, and was happy to work through options. Sales manager Gino was a refreshing change from other sales managers, as he made sure we were happy, got a good deal, and knew all costs without trying to hide totals in payment amounts. Overall, I'm very happy with the team and this experience.
I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I’ve received from the entire team at Sterling Ford, not just during my recent vehicle purchase, but also when I initially brought my previous car in for repairs. Chad, the service advisor, went above and beyond to help me when I brought my vehicle in to fix a part.
