DO NOT BOOK ANY RENTAL OR ANYTHING managed by this company and especially if run by Eddie. We had a horrible experience at their rental in Scottsdale and Eddie is the biggest jerk ever. Extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with guests at all. He's very dismissive and gets offended so much when you bring up an issue. He even seemed like he was accusing us of the roaches we found in the rental. He has anger issues and yells. Always treated me with respect
We had a very frustrating experience with Sterling Fine Properties while trying to lease a home from their client. We made an offer that they verbally accepted, only to have them retract it later and demand more money. After adjusting our offer again, they verbally agreed but then came back asking for double the deposit amount. Here is my review of my experience with Eddie, with the last message i sent him. Do not use this property management and i think renting the home listed is a scam, it’s been in the market for 5 months, and no one has rented it. Well i’ll be pretty honest with you eddie, this is by far the worst customer service i have had from renting a property. Saw Lindsay Munoz’s listing around 12PM last Monday. Submitted full-ask offer around 1PM. My agent explained my leaving town Tuesday afternoon so time was of the essence. Never heard from Lindsay. Followed up throughout evening with phone calls/emails/texts. No Lindsay. Tried Sterling’s office line but was unsuccessful.
