They lost my son’s blood work and they can’t even vouch that it was sent to Labcorp. Office staff and how they handle bodily fluid can’t be trusted.
Hello, I made an appointment with Ms. Nazaneen and i was at SFP waiting area 27 min before my appointment After 35 minutes waiting receptionist told me that there is some emergency happened to Nazaneen(didnt given any detail?) so she cannot take me and receptionist offered to me an other nurse practitioner I guess name is Cynthia I said OK I don’t feel good because I got thick bite and fighting infection at the same time. After waiting one hour and 10 minutes (no explanation and no apologies), I finally saw Nazaneen Nassiry. After discussing my symptoms, she took my blood pressure, said I was fine and we were "good". I think even her nurse was taken aback, and asked if she didn't even want to order bloodwork - she said no. I am still in shock, I have never, ever been treated so dismissively. 4/24/18 update: I'm updating my review to 3 stars. In my opinion there are still some major issues with the office staff that I'm still not pleased with but Nazee was kind enough to call me to apologize and explain that they are working things out internally to correct certain behaviors. I still don't know if I will return since I've been burned so many times it's hard for me to trust again, but it's unfair for the medical staff to bear the brunt of a bad review when it's not...Continue Reading
Dr. Fletcher and Nurse Practitioner Yew have done an amazing job helping me recover from chronic sports injuries using their integrative medical techniques. They are also extremely accommodating to my schedule.
