I was nervous having my first colonoscopy. All the staff, nurses and Dr. Chand were so kind and helpful, they put me right at ease! Some on here have complained about the wait but this was not an issue. I was told many times how long to plan for and the timing was typical in my experience for out patient surgery or procedure. Thank you!

Check in procedure went smoothly. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly. Sylvia, Grace, and Sylvia #2 took wonderful care of me, especially when I had a drop in blood pressure and was feeling dizzy. Dr Lasner is very personable and put me at ease. The best part of the whole experience, besides the fact that it’s over for another 10 years, was the warm blanket and hot water bottle to keep me toasty. As easy as it could be when it comes to colonoscopies.
Had an endoscopy scheduled for 11:00 told me to arrive at 10:15 and didn’t get started till 12:00. Crazy how clearly this has been a recurring issue and they still pack in as many patients as possible so they can’t lose out on a buck. Also noticed how many others in the waiting room were growing impatient with wait times. Just another example of the failed healthcare system in this country!
Highly recommend - everyone here is efficient, professional, courteous and makes you feel well take care of.
