I broke a tooth and I'm out of state and needed it fixed ASAP and they were able to take me in immediately and did excellent work at a very reasonable price, I'm actually considering coming back to Montana on vacation just to get my dental work done!
I had a wonderful experience at Sterling Dental. The staff was kind, caring, and professional. The Dentist took the time to explain each part of the procedure with me. I I recommend Sterling Dental to all.
Finding a good dentist is difficult. It is more difficult in a small town. I recently had a cracked molar. After reading the reviews on Sterling Dental it was easy to differentiate between objective reviews and those who were upset about something not in the control of the dental practice. Most people pass blame, vs taking responsibility for their own issues. I'm not interested in the later. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Dr. Rehl back in march for a implant consult, he talked me into doing a post and core instead because he felt he could save the tooth. 4 months later the tooth fractured, and because another dentist had done the crown, he refused to take any responsibility. He and his staff were rude and very defensive when I went in to have it looked at (which he did not even look at the tooth or take an X-ray). I was not satisfied with my experiences at this place, for a number of reasons. The billing practices are one reason, but also in how the place is organized and/or run. This place lost my appointment I had made 6 months out for a cleaning and a new crown. Then the new appointment I made was canceled due to their one hygienist's absences from work.
