From the first meeting with the owner of Sterling Custom Homes we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the organization. We went on to build our beautiful home with them where we experienced excellent communication, follow up and the highest level of quality craftsmanship. Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we are thrilled with the end result! The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly shine. However, toward the end of the process, things became a bit challenging due to significant employee turnover. This led to several punch list items remaining incomplete at closing.
