We went on to build our beautiful home with them where we experienced excellent communication, follow up and the highest level of quality craftsmanship. Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we are thrilled with the end result! The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly shine. However, toward the end of the process, things became a bit challenging due to significant employee turnover. This led to several punch list items remaining incomplete at closing. We used Sterling to build our dream home which was completed this year. It was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Their team was very pleasant to work with and really understood our vision. We couldn’t be happier on the results. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and will definitely use them again on future projects.
Sterling built us our dream house fourteen years ago and we still love everything about it. We were inexperienced with custom home building but Woody and his staff made the process easy.
