I’m sharing my experience with Sterling Custom Homes during construction of my home in Parker, CO. The contract clearly required a Level 5 drywall finish, which represents the highest standard of wall smoothness and visual quality. Unfortunately, the work delivered does not meet that standard. In September 2025, we hired an independent inspector who identified wall plane deviations of up to 1/4 inch over 8 feet, which can negatively impact high-end finishes like Level 5 drywall.
