Y Hawkins This property doesn't like to return security deposits in time allotted for by the City of Independence in the state of Missouri. Trying to reach someone at the office is fairly impossible and they do not return phone calls. Getting in may not be a problem but leaving and getting deposit returned for me has been a major issue.
