Terrible Management! – Sterling Court has the best location in town. However, management is terrible, there are serious heating and cooling issues and you can never take a comfortable shower. I had a terrible rodent problem...mice everywhere!!! I do not suggest making Sterling Court your home.
Moving in? Buy yourself a heater. – Great location. Great neighborhood. Close to the post office, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, Vanderbilt, Belmont, the Belcourt Movie Theater. The building is virtually soundproof.
Bad Management – Great for vintage apartments with wooden floors and high ceilings. But the architecture is about the only good thing. The manager is awful, she is never in the office. And she turns a blind eye to the fact that this is where over-privleged Belmont kids come to slum it. The garbage is always overflowing, the yard is always trashed with beer bottles and garbage.
