My wife and I helped a friend move here . What a Pleasant Surprise from the tour of the facility to the move in , and now 2 weeks later !! Everyone really cares about the Senior's here . I believe it's the best kept secret in Florida. Thank You Lillian for going way beyond the call of duty !!
I have been dear friends with a resident there and they just kicked me out for no reason.I brought her quiche and was washing her clothes. They told me to not come back. And I've been looking out for this dear lady for 2 yrs.I am going to report this to the higher up.
Lillian was amazing. Very informative, took her time to answer all our questions and addressed all our concerns. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our relatives.
Lillian Rascoe, Director of sales and Marketing, was amazing. Very attentive to the needs of the residents. We Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness, it was an inviting experience. The residents stopped us during the tour to express how amazing this place is. There was an ease of signing the application and the contract. Definitely recommend!
