I moved to Frankfort a few years ago and sterling court is were I have lived since. It is a quiet place to live and I haven’t had any issues with any neighbors or staff. The property manager Pam is always pleasant to deal with and any issues I have are handled in a timely manor.
I have lived at Sterling Court 2 times in my life. Once was when i was freshly 21 and now years later. Both of my experiences here have been pleasant. My 2 bedroom was super clean and ready to move in. Each time I have had a minor maintenance issue, it has been fixed asap. The apartment is affordable and neighbors have been pleasant as well. I have lived at Sterling Court Apts for 5 years and I consider it one of the best places in Frankfort to live. From day one if I had an issue at all I put in a work order and there was no delay in getting my issue resolved within a day or two. The property is clean and well kept, the laundry room is maintained well, and kept clean. There is a pest control company that comes quarterly (which I haven’t needed because I have never seen anything but the stray spider or ant). I have lived here for many years. Lived in a two moved to a three bedroom. If I need things fixed it gets done in a timely manner. I have had no problems with anything here
I have resided at Sterling Court Apts in Frankfort, for 21 years. I like that each apt has it's own entry. I like that it is pet friendly and that the grounds is maintained nicely. I have always been treated with respect by management and whenever I have had needed repairs done in my unit, management addresses it immediately.
