We had a 2pm appointment today for an estimate to renovate my home (building addition in the backyard among other things). I asked Jeff the gentleman who showed up to wait for me in my living room as I was finishing another appointment in the patio. Two minutes later, I looked for him everywhere in my property. He magically disappeared without a word. Not even the decency, the education, the courtesy of letting me know.
