I have lived here for 9 months now, and never had an issue with them. They are always willing to work with you if you have a problem, and take care of any issues right away. They treat you great!
They have worked with me exceptionally during the whole covid mess, my landlady has been kind and thoughtful the whole time I have been here. One of the best places I have ever rented from. Would highly recommend to anyone serious about living a clean and productive life.
I do NOT recommend this property management at all! My roommate and I were frequently harassed by the management. We received letters from the office making false accusations. Billing errors, they "lost" our rent checks, then "found" them after late fees have been applied which Luke said he'd correct it but has failed to do so. Also, billing us for rent after we moved when the lease was finished. Worst of all having my own vehicle towed from a legal parking space! Months after leaving, our deposit still has not been returned... read more
