5-Star Review I recently had my car repaired at Sterling Collision through my insurance, Progressive, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I dropped off my car and picked it up about a week and a half later—it was ready right on time and looked amazing. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional and courteous, and they made everything easy. Rude worst customer service by the person who releases cars and take payments.
My biggest mistake was not taking my car to Mazda for repairs. I listened to my progressive rep who insisted i used this place. Gave them my car With damage ONLY to the front of my car. I received my car on Saturday with a SCRATCH on the side that was never there! Even the progressive rep reviewed pictures and videos sent and the scratch was never there! They are claiming it is an old scratch,but videos and pictures prove it happened in their care! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR here for no reason! Currently waiting for my progressive... read more
