Rude worst customer service by the person who releases cars and take payments.
My biggest mistake was not taking my car to Mazda for repairs. I listened to my progressive rep who insisted i used this place. Gave them my car With damage ONLY to the front of my car. I received my car on Saturday with a SCRATCH on the side that was never there! Even the progressive rep reviewed pictures and videos sent and the scratch was never there! They are claiming it is an old scratch,but videos and pictures prove it happened in their care! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR here for no reason! Currently waiting for my progressive... read more

These guys were amazing especially Walter! Had my quote and details within 24 hrs and even with Holidays had an expected repair date of 12/4. This great crew got it done the day before Thanksgiving 11/27. I was thrilled and the work is spotless and even cleaned and detailed my car. Almost like new again! Thank you to you all for a great job, great communication and Walter who kept me in loop every step of way and was very kind as I navigated my first accident.
