I prepaid for the repair of my shoes. Now, like everyone else I have been left in the dark as to how to get them back because they will not respond to any messages that I have been sending for months to the email and phone number listed. I'm not sure why they are ignoring everybody that is just asking for their property back.
Update: No one is getting back to me. I have proof of purchase for 3 out of the 5 pairs y'all have that are mine and pricepoints for the others. You guys have over $2000 worth of my shoes as well as a $150 deposit. I really don't want to get anyone in trouble but this is just too much money/loss. I was told by the police that I can file for theft but that there will be an arrest and court... and I'd really like to avoid that. Again, I really don't wanna get anyone in trouble. I prepaid $95 for my sandals to be resoled in June 2024. I called and visited a couple times in person to find the store closed or to hear that they had not started work yet. Upon seeing another review sharing the email to recover your items, I sent an email in November. It is now December and I have not heard anything back. These are the only thing I have from my dead grandmother, I would really like them back.
**update! Andy was very responsive and I did get my shoes back and they were well repaired. Thank you! So sorry to hear about the health challenges for this family.** Just sharing to inform others. As of today 10/24, the shop is completely empty. Here are the posted details of how to get your items back. Hopefully I am able to get my shoes back.
Not sure what is going on, but it has been almost 4months now, since we dropped off our shoes for repair. We even prepaid and we have been waiting all this time. Even went by the store on several different occasions and every time we go the store is still closed and the voicemail for the phone #listed is full or it just keeps on ringing. Not sure what to do at this point. Can someone please help us.
