I had an issue with my 2024 Jeep Wrangler and Sterling immediately addressed the problem. My service professional Corey Conrad is awesome, and Sterling is the only dealership I will use when I purchase any vehicle!
Sold me a car that I have fought with since month one and now the transmission is out not even 2 years later. No help, no payment plans to help with the fix. Not worth the time nor the money. UPDATE: Sterling's GM told me to contact him via email and when I did I was completely ignored. Never received a response and he took down their response to my post. Definitely not worth the time nor the money.
