Sold me a car that I have fought with since month one and now the transmission is out not even 2 years later. No help, no payment plans to help with the fix. Not worth the time nor the money. UPDATE: Sterling's GM told me to contact him via email and when I did I was completely ignored. Never received a response and he took down their response to my post. Definitely not worth the time nor the money.
Scheduling was easy and had my recall taken care of the next morning. Staff was friendly, informative and professional. I was able to wait on my vehicle being it was just a software update and it was completed in less than an hour from when I arrived.
