Someone who resides in these apartments keeps ordering things and it comes to my address, so 8 went looking for the proper location and there is Never anyone in the rental office. I wonder how can people live there or pay rent if the office is Never open? Don't recommend moving here. Management is extremely hard to reach the phone just rings and voicemail is always full so can't leave a message. They don't fix the apartments properly.
I would like to express my thanks to the awesome maintenance staff for all the hard work they have been providing. The maintenance staff have proven to be very responsive and courteous during the multiple requests I have made and completed each one in a timely manner. Since the recent transition from former management, I have seen some obvious change in landscape and environmental upkeep which was much needed. In regards to overall management there continues to be much room for improvement.
