Someone who resides in these apartments keeps ordering things and it comes to my address, so i went looking for the proper location and there is Never anyone in the rental office. I wonder how can people live there or pay rent if the office is Never open? Constant vehicle break ins. Open gates that management refuses to fix. Sub-par education and comprehension of staff that works at complex. Avoid at all costs.
By far the worst apartments in Stone Mountain.. had no air in apartment for 3 misserible days .. they could’ve easily put us in a hotel if something breaks you better fix because they’re not .. 0 stars
Your office management didn't have any consideration about my health. my heater exploded twice almost killing me and all management had to say to me is have a nice day. I have been patient very humble to all the situations has been going on at Midwood Gardens Apartments since I move here four different management, stealing money, and promising me to fix things all these years Iam still in the same predicament not to mention all summer my air conditioning was out management finally replaced it in September now the heat is out... read more
