The issue have not been resolved. My tub is still not painted . My kitchen cabinets are still not fix and the kitchen drawer is still not fixed. Your maintenance guys are terrible at their jobs. If the management don’t believe me come to my apartment and see for yourselves. They even broke the cabinet door instead of nailing it down. They said the tub the management has to be the one to schedule a work order for it to be repainted and yet still nothing have been done.
First of all the dumpsters are always overflowing and trash is everywhere. To the point there are vultures in the street eating trash. The units are full of empty apartments full of trash and mold. The entire complex has a horrid roach infestation, so bad I had to get my own pest control because the one the complex charges $5 a month for is ineffective and that’s if they even show up.
