Went in for oil change on 1/26/2025, Mechanic found the whole oil pan was seeping oil, asked if they checked the bolts and was told that was not covered under warranty, will never go back to that dealership or recommend them.
I receive messages to bring my Escalades in for service but whenever I call to set up appointments I'm always told they do not offer loaner cars anymore nor do they provide nearby car rental places at their location.
