Proceed with caution! HARD NO! College move in this past weekend. Absolutely horrible! Blatant disregard for parents . Safety & sanitation issues galore! Nothing was prepared for them: smoke detectors chirping all iver the unit. We changed a few batteries and still couldn't find some other chirping sources.🤷♀️, apartment common space and suites were filthy, unsanitary, facilities broken, AC registers spewing heavy black dust, along w/the intake in the hall, missing drawers & bottom shelves missing in the fridge. This has been one of the worst living experiences I've ever had. The apartment looked decent. the quality of living gets worse. This place is not worth the price or the stress.
Most worst apartments in Baton Rouge they literally charge you for any thing do not move here at all I repeat the price may sound good but it’s literally not worth it I lived in 3 student housing apartments and this by far is the worst lsu student apartments they have !if I could give zero stars i definitely would
Poorly managed and awful experience. Received random charges and was bombarded with damage fees without given an explanation why.
