Hallways and stairwells are nasty. Elevators rarely work. Staff is rude and enters apartments without notice. Mold in vents and rooms are not humidity controlled. Do not rent here ever.
This complex is very sickening.. my roommates and I have dealt with mold infested rooms and units and we have to be placed in separate units after repeatedly submitting request about mold!!!! Please do not send your kids here!!!!
Very bad!!!!! Very disappointing experience. The management has been extremely poor in communication and has repeatedly failed to keep the promises and timelines they provided. I am currently living in the apartment while major renovation work is being done inside it. The workers left the apartment dirty and disorganized, disconnected essential appliances and utilities, and did not properly restore them afterward. terrible apartments, money hungry management. nothing gets fixed correctly. maintenance glues things back together. ghetto fix everything. bugs, terrible hall walls, dog shit left so long in the hallways it would literally mold. doors always broken, garage gate was broken all year, cars broken into in garage, you now have to pay for visitor parking?? the cleaners stopped coming over the summer, knatts and trash left in the stair case for months, never answer the phone, dont charge a deposit to tax you for small marks on the ... read more
