Let's you go through an entire application process and pay hundreds of dollars only to cancel your lease. What a joke. UPDATE- It's been over 30 days and they haven't issued a refund. Had to email some person in corporate and haven't gotten a response yet. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The lark baton rouge does not care about your safety I just moved in about 3 weeks ago and my car has been broken into twice in the last two weeks and the management does not care. they have no type of security here and i feel unsafe here please do not move here. They don’t have no security cameras in the apartments or the garage so people can easily break into your car with no type of consequence at all. This place is not safe at all.

It’s an embarrassment to call The Lark Baton Rouge my home. Picture this: loud neighbors blasting music and shouting and stomping late into the night. My roommates and I have had trouble with noise above us for months. Nothing has been done about the situation. It seems like the apartment above us is throwing some sort of constant party.
