Monday my friend had a flat tire right off the exit in Jerome. Tom from the Pocatello Sterling was passing by and stopped to help us out. He helped change our tire then realized we hd a dead battery and no jumper cables. He gave us a loaner battery til she got home. He was such great help and we are very grateful for him. Thank You Tom for your assistance and kindness! It is greatly appreciated!!!!

Called asking for a place to purchase them in central Oregon found out there is none but he will be bringing them to me. Best customer service and batteries around thank you greatly appreciate your product and ethics
Just replaced my stock thirteen year old Sterling batteries in my jet boat, sent an email in to them asking for a location here in oregon that I could get them, received a response back the same day. I'll be happy if the new ones last half as long as the original ones. I will be purchasing nothing but Sterling batteries from here on out. great service and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Eldon!
Amazing guys at Sterling Battery! Ended up stranded in the rain this morning, car features dim or non-responsive. Power steering gone, barely able to steer into a parking lot. Called my brother in law, Louie Acuna, who works at Sterling in Pocatello. He calls Boise (where I am). He sets up to have a new battery installed if I can get to Sterling Battery.
