My car broke down in College Station. Had it towed to Sterling. After a week, they said they had replaced the fuel pump and the car was fixed. The first time I drove it after getting it home, the check engine light came back on! Apparently, it's not fixed!
Although my oil change appeared to be completed well, I realized that my AC had been turned off completely. When I turned it on there was a loud noise like the fan was broken. My dash shook with the noise. I left a message with the service department yesterday, but they have not returned my call. I was genuinely excited to begin my EV journey, but my very first attempt to charge—just one day after purchasing the vehicle—was deeply disappointing. I was approached by five different employees who told me I wasn’t allowed to charge at their dealership because I hadn’t purchased the vehicle from them.
