Bryan and Gee made the process very smooth.
Bought a brand new Escalade that has squeaking seat. Dealership was absolutely no help. However that is not my main complaint. They sold me an extra warranty called my shield. What a joke. The company looks for any reason not to pay and the stuff they do claim to cover is cheap to have fixed yourself anyway so you basically pay ten times over up front. Will never ever buy an extended warranty like this again. Such a scam. Anyway I wish the dealer had never sold me this ridiculous worthless policy.
