I called other shops in the area, and these guys were the only ones that said they could test my battery in a moments notice when my Jeep wouldn’t start. They were extremely polite, had a reasonable price, and had an extremely quick turnaround. I’m definitely going back.
I was disappointed in the price he quoted and the price he charged. I had called to ask how much he charge for a diagnostic before getting my car towed there. He quoted me one price and charged me a much higher price. I called him about price difference and he laughed literally in my face! Rude and unprofessional
Rav is a really nice guy, gave me a fair deal and got it done quick. Fixed my alternator and other battery issues quickly and was very communicative. Will be back in the future! (Hopefully not soon)

I have been using Sterling Auto for nearly 10 years now. Found them when I first moved to Minneapolis and didn't know where to take my car. This shop was right by my bf's place at the time so it was convenient. It's not flashy. It's not corporate. No gimmicks. Nomad advertising that I've found. Just a good, down-to-earth, honest mechanic.
