They charged us $125 extra as a rush fee, because they couldn't get a Resale Certificate out within 3 - 5 day. What? It's a 10 - 15 minute task max and no one could get it done in 3 - 5 days. Then they charge the extra $125 to rush. That is a ridiculous amount of money. They are clearly inefficient and their fees are unethical.
