After submitting my application and a $2,600 deposit in good faith, I decided not to move forward after reviewing the lease terms and tenant feedback. When we arrived at the apartment, it was dirty with broken blinds and cracked kitchen counter tiles we had to super glue to the counter. We took good care of the apartment while we lived there and cleaned the apartment to their specifications when we moved out. We left two months early so they kept our $1500 deposit. That's fine. They said they used it to advertise on their website since we moved out early. That's fine. I paid to keep the power on until the new tenant moved in. I’m a renter and can’t even get a dish washer fixed since October 2021. Read the reviews most are the people whom own the places they rent. I was told I was rude but I pay rent for 3 bedroom 2 bath with fridge freezing, dishwasher not dispenser working, bathroom toilet spraying water…. 13656 Pensacola st caldwell the sub floors popping everytime someone walks down hallway, in kitchen, 2nd bedroom, livingroom to master… you sure take my 2095.00 monthly from me and can’t fix anything… RUN DONT RENT FROM THEM.. willing to pos... read more
Wholly Unprofessional. Rude when responding to requests for repair. Had ONE noise complaint from a neighbor. NEVER bothered to get my son's or any of his roomates side of the story and ILLEGALLY Evicted the boys....there was no reason on the eviction notice which by State Law you MUST give. We vacated on time and left the home BETTER than we occupied but they ripped off half of the deposit and ignored our disputed items. If you are an owner, you are subjecting yourself to an eventual lawsuit by using this company.
