Nick with Sterling Appliance was phenomenal. He was quick to diagnose our issues. Gave an estimate for repair - which was more than fair and reasonable. I am always happy to pay for good quality work. He was insightful and knowledgeable - explained water quality/hardness and maintenance going forward. Sterling Appliance needs to give Nick a raise. He is outstanding.
My 2 year old GE washing machine stopped spinning and draining without warning. Jacob from Sterling arrived in less than 24 hours and within a few minutes we had a diagnosis. The next afternoon, we were back in business. My washer is working better than it did when it was brand new. Jacob is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Best of all, he kept me posted on each step. Highly recommend !
Had Sterling repair my Bosch Dishwasher. Both the diagnostic and repair trips were done efficiently and quickly. Tech was very nice and explained the issue and the repairs. Made sure to test with no leaks. Highly recommend!
Sterling Appliance has repaired nearly every appliance in our home (some more than once). They offer expert service, are great at communicating over text, and quote reasonable rates. I cannot recommend them enough, if you’re looking to extend the life of the appliances in your home.
I got a Sharp drawer microwave from Sterling Appliance in November 2024. It cost almost $1400. We can skip over that it needed to be delivered 3 times and it was always damaged. The microwave is a lemon. It does not heat anything. I’ve called Sterling Appliance and they keep blaming the microwave supplier (Sharp) but the need to accept some responsibility and stop pushing the blame.
