I got a Sharp drawer microwave from Sterling Appliance in November 2024. It cost almost $1400. We can skip over that it needed to be delivered 3 times and it was always damaged. The microwave is a lemon. It does not heat anything. I’ve called Sterling Appliance and they keep blaming the microwave supplier (Sharp) but the need to accept some responsibility and stop pushing the blame. Roberto and his assistant went above and beyond today for our washing machine delivery. They even took time to ask for a vacuum to clean around the dryer and in the vent for me to ensure everything was working optimally. Thank you, Roberto!

Great service calls for all brands. Gary is always so friendly when you call them, and he can get you on the schedule for service calls very quickly. Gill is a very professional and knowledgeable service technician. He wore shoe protection and was very careful in my home not to scratch or dent walls/floors when working. He has repaired or serviced my washer, dryer, and refrigerator over the past 4 years. I highly recommend them.
