Purchased a washer end of September that was supposed to be delivered already. Learning through Google Reviews here that they went out of business without notifying me or canceling the order.
I bought an entire house full of appliances from Sterling Appliance. We have had trouble with the dishwasher repeatedly. I have been trying for 2 days to reach the repair department to have someone come out and fix it AGAIN. They do not pick up the phone, and when I try to leave a message, I get sent back to the "on hold" queque. So sure, buy your appliances from Sterling, but don't expect to have them repaired if they break.
Lights off and doors locked. Leesburg location has sign on door saying closed as of 10/9/26.
Been sitting around all afternoon waiting for the service guy to show up. (Supposed to be between 1 and 5 p.m.) Spent 20 minutes on hold. Now the service department is closed (promptly at 5:00); can't even leave a message. This is a far cry from the sales and service we received from Sterling Appliance over the years. I NEED MY WASHING MACHINE FIXED!!!!!!!
STERLING APPLIANCE is OUTSTANDING! While we have satisfactorily purchased through them before, we recently purchased a new refrigerator through this retailer for MANY REASONS.
