Thank you to the Sterling Acura service department, specifically Jorge and Mark, for restoring my faith in the Acura brand. I had a fuel pump recall completed at the other Austin-area Acura dealer that resulted in my ILX coming back to me with check engine lights and emission system warnings. Great service, glad we bought an Acura.
Great service from me dropping my car off on a Saturday with no appointment to the follow up call 2 days later! Jon was transparent and forthcoming on what my car absolutely needed done to keep it running tip top and they were able to give me a ride back home so I didn't have to wait all day at the dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly Recommend!!!
