Lovely experience! Such a gorgeous shop with huge selection of beautiful earrings, necklaces and bracelets. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. Such a nice space to find a meaningful souvenir from our Kingston visit.
Poor customer service. I stood waiting for help for several minutes without being acknowledged, and when I was finally spoken to, the interaction was rude and unwelcoming. I won’t be shopping here again.

I've shopped at Sterling for over 3 years now, and very consistently. The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous with a range of prices. I've spent hundreds of dollars there (as a student) and continue to get disrespected by their terrible customer service. There has been 1 employee (pretty sure she is new, and I wish I knew her name, but she's definitely younger than the others with long brunette hair) that has been outstanding. EDIT: Since purchasing this jewelry, the rings tarnished within two weeks, and then not even 2 months into wearing the necklace - the entire stone popped out. When I went to Sterling both times for support with customer service, I was met with a lot of hostility and rudeness from one of the women who work there. They have been extremely unhelpful and unkind as I spent well over $500 on new jewellery - with not really any support on fixing the issues.
