Without exaggeration, this store has the rudest employees I’ve ever come across. They will blame you for anything that goes wrong with their jewelry and show no compassion when their products break due to poor build quality. Every single product I’ve purchased from here has needed work. The gold plated rings rubbed off and the staff member insisted that it was worn in the shower which was not the case. Got a pair of beautiful white gold sleeper earrings and just after 3 months one of them broke! I had to pay full price for a new earring. I really wish I got a discount or some compensation, since I didn’t even have them for that long and I was willing to give the pieces back.
