Got a pair of beautiful white gold sleeper earrings and just after 3 months one of them broke! I had to pay full price for a new earring. I really wish I got a discount or some compensation, since I didn’t even have them for that long and I was willing to give the pieces back.
This weekend I went to Sterling for the first time as I was visiting from Toronto based on MANY recommendations from people who said this shop was amazing. I was determined to buy a ring, so I wanted to try things on. The sales woman (not sure if she was the owner) kept putting back the ring trays and moving things around so I couldn't keep track of ones I liked. She was not friendly nor was she helpful. I eventually left with a bad impression. Wont be going back.
This is truly a beautiful place to shop for jewelry! Cole, a patient and knowledgeable salesperson helped me pick out earrings after 20 years of not wearing any and having recently repiercing them. I was overwhelmed with choices and styles, but Cole explained everything, and helped me pick the perfect stack for my taste as a beginner. Every piece in the store is unique and stunning! I will be back for more as I continue to build my collection!
I bought a bracelet in September and it broke in January. I brought it in for repairs but they wanted me to pay for it. I feel like if their products are not lasting more than 6 months they should offer warranty. However. I have other products from them that were good for the price.
