The staff is friendly, attentive, and well skilled - I never have had a problem with my care here. Always made to feel at ease. Best dentist and staff around, clean building, pleasant experience all around (yes, at a dentist's!) I've been going here since I was young, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

It was short but fine. I know I was 10 mins. late or so but I have never been greeted by a receptionist the way she greeted me. She said you are 10 mins. late so the doctor will not be able to do what he wanted to do. I was never told what he was going to do that day. I called back to make another appointment and she was upset that I could not take morning appointments. I explained too her that I have medical issues that I cannot get going in the morning.
