This company employees a blatant racist.
I called customer service this morning with questions regarding five refurbished Steris tables I purchased. One table came with a different model number than the rest. I didn't look up the model number, I probably should have, but instead I called customer service. Instead of explaining to me that this was the model number for their refurbished tables the lady on the phone proceeded to laugh at me. RecommendedThere is no words to describe how much Steris takes care of their employees but when you care for them you also care for their families. Thank you STERIS for being a leader and perfect example of what it means to have a job that is loyal to you when you work hard.
I received the negative pressure room equipment, it was deliver and left as they said ( representative Kevin Sweeney ) fully assembled. The machine is not working the support is not available and representative is not answering text messages nor does he reply on a voice calls!!
Love this company and everything it stands for.
Worked here at the one in Mentor and it was horrible. They tell you that it’s 40 hours but will make you work 50+ and the weekends. Horrible treatment of employees. Wouldn’t recommend working here. It’s a shame they do most of the medical stuff. Oh and most of there stuff is outdated when it’s sent to you. It’s been on shelves for years. Glad to be outta there!
