Do NOT use Stericycle for any reason. I used them in December 2025 to shred company documents. The driver did a GREAT job so I have zero issues with the service. But, they sent an invoice which my company paid AND they drafted the credit card our account had on file. I have been talking with them since January trying to get a $4,200 refund with no luck. You can't get refund help online so I'm stuck talking to overseas customer service. EVERY single call I get told it will take 8-10 weeks for a refund. That in itself is compl... read more
