Terrible Service, Horrible Communication – Avoid at All Costs! Do not ever sign anything with Stericycle. From the moment we signed up, I’ve been trying to cancel our services. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, it took two months for them to even get back to me. When they finally responded, I was presented with an outrageous $4,000 cancellation fee for services we never even used. Don't sign anything with this organization. I provided written notices terminating our agreement in December of 2023 and they continue to bill us, send us to collections, and even try to pick up waste, even though we have a new vendor. I have engaged with their support staff, who are less than helpful. I have been threatened by their collections department. Pick another vendor.
Stericycle, and in particular our driver, Scott is always professional, pleasant, and safe. They arrive on the day scheduled, and always around the same time each visit.
Driver is always pleasant and helpful even when I am not fully prepared for pick-up. Customer service has always been prompt and uneventful when I call. I recommend this company.
Do not use this company! Never have i ever had to deal with the most unprofessional company ever They surely took my money and didn’t show up to pickup waste 2x in a row and now and when I call They say the same thing Someone will contact you and no one ever does Stay away!!!
