I worked in Bannockburn and let me tell you that this company is the worst place to work at. My supervisor was always trying to find something to get me to quit. When I did, felt a big relief. Not a very diverse place.

I have been a customer of Stericycle since August of 2022. The first year I had no issues with drivers or pick ups. In July of 2023, they took a nosedive off a cliff and service has been absolutely atrocious. I’ve had multiple missed pick ups, the most recent being the past 2 months. I requested a cancellation of my account because it was happening so frequently and outside of business hours. Sharia is always a pleasure to see, comes in with a great attitude. Good energy. Greets everyone, while staying efficient and waste no time getting her job done. We have 37 OR'S she cycles thru in a timely manner and never complains about the work load. Although I personally think it's a lot to cover for one individual she makes it look easy. She has her system down and executes it well.
