Worst mechanic I've ever been too. Did a repair and replaced a coolant hose. Said they were doing diagnostic before hand and up charged for it. In the end the barey checked anything and did next to no real diagnostic work. Got the car back, drove ten miles and the whole coolant system failed. Major leak/failure at the point where the new hose hit radiator. Was insistent that was not their fault and wouldn't meet me in the middle on labour charges (let alone part) on the new repair. 2/19/25 I had the windows of my truck tinted here today. I Am Very Happy. It Was A Very High Quality Job.
They did a great job on my car stereo! I own a 2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible, which are tricky cars to work with. I also bought a cheap head unit off of Amazon that was barely compatible with the rest of my components (I already had an amp, sub, capacitor, etc). Yet these guys knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get everything to work, but it looks super clean and professional as well. I used to come here for everything, I've had several alarms put in amps installed windows tinted etc. I've even had sent my grandmother to them knowing they could figure out and solve the problem regarding no sound in Jetta .. now for the owner I'm sure this is an asset earnings wise, and from that angle I sorta understand why he's kept around.. but what a total dirt bag.
