I called this morning and within an hour Westley was already upgrading the sound system in my brand-new SUV. He nailed exactly what I had envisioned — more power and clean, quality bass without making it feel like I was back in high school with giant subs (lol). They truly offer same-day appointments, which is almost unheard of. They also matched my front windows to the rear tint perfectly. Highly recommend!!! P.S. Terrible place. Went there to get my remote key start & right after I got out the SOMEHOW gear shifter of my car broke FRESHLY out of the shop (it would shift without me pressing on the break), I called them & they told me that it was just apart of the remote setup, I went over to my car dealership and they told me it was not normal for that to be happening and it was a huge safety risk. Editing this review because they didn't tighten my battery cables and I got stranded with a car that wouldn't start. I was late for an important meeting and let a client down because of their carelessness. If I had gotten a tow and a repair shop visit because of this I'd be even more pissed. I wanted to bring it back and have them look over the connections to see if there was some sort of short because the amp kept going into protect mode but I don't think I want them doing more work on my car. This place has been around for a long long time, But in a different location, And nothing has changed, this place 'Stereo one' is the absolute best at what it does.. I had 4 stereo's put in over the years, 'All just top notch' in fact you'll get your car back hitting hard and running better,
Quite literally can not get a hold of anyone. I've sent my info through the site, called numerous times, and received an email at 11:00PM asking what type of vehicle I have after days of trying to get ahold of someone. Responded to the email within seconds of receiving it and never received correspondence back again. Shocker lol. I found someone else anyways but bad for business when there is no correspondence except 1 single email at 11pm.
